Borum Mini-truck - Small and Versatile Road Marking Truck

The Borum Mini-truck concept is structured in modules for spray-plastic, 2K or cold painting, mounted on a Mitsubishi truck.

The Mini-trucks allow more efficient road marking work to be performed over longer stretches of roadway, as they have larger capacity and do not need to be transported on trailers between different repair jobs.

• Transport from one place of work to the next takes place at truck speed
• Mitsubishi Canter, 7.5 tons total weight, 145 hp motor and six forward gears are standard
• Increased safety for operators
• Comfortable safety seat, mounted on rails to allow quick change of side
• 710 litre non-pressurised tank / 650 litre pressure tank, or 2 x 440 litre pressure tanks for cold painting
• 330 litre bead tank
• Up to three spray guns can be mounted on each side
• Spray guns mounted on sledges which can be hydraulically extended and retracted
• Sledge controls ensure better line quality, especially at higher speeds
• Diesel-powered air compressor ensures a plentiful supply of compressed air to spray guns and other equipment
• The new Borum LineMaster computer is supplied as standard. Accuracy is ensured with a centrally-located pulse transmitter, equipped with a pneumatic lift
